How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE standard domestic shipping with a purchase of $100 or more.

All other orders under $100 will be charged the current USPS Priority rate. Check your shopping cart for current rate.

What is Vine Street’s return Policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a credit or exchange. We only accept new, odor-free merchandise with original tags.

Items returned within 30 days will receive credit back on their initial credit card or account.

Please Note: all items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Need to make an exchange?


If you need your item quickly, we can place a new order for you and have the item shipped ASAP. Once we receive your original item back, you will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we have received your return. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed your return. Shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.

What happens if I was shipped the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that we inadvertently shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately at 1 (805) 423-3992. We will issue you a pre-paid label for your return, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement product.
